M7 Utility Vehicle, TL8
The M7 is the military version of the Bison pickup produced by Tyler Motors.The most noticable difference is that most of the cargo bed has been enclosed, subsumed as part of the cab, primarily to hold the two extra passengers as well as a few extra components. A small open cargo area remains at the rear of the vehicle. The specific version below is used for scout/patrol duties. Other variants include tankers, water trucks, ammo carriers and ambulances.
Armament listed is the minimum normally carried; other common weapons include the 15mmC chaingun, 40mm AGL and 114mm missile launcher. Less often, the 75mm recoilless autorifle or 70mm missile launcher (for SAMs) is used.

Design Notes
Frame is cheap, medium for 200 cf body, 0.7 cf open mount and 40 cf
wheels. Vehicle has an improved suspension, smartwheels, improved brakes,
puncture-resistant tires, all-wheel steering and a trailer hitch (capacity
15,350 lbs). The body is sealed. Armor is standard metal.
