Assorted United States Navy boats
This is collection of boats operated by the US Navy during WWII, either carried by ships or operated from shore bases. Other navies had similar small craft.
In a departure from standard design rules, the weight of each crewman is assumed to be 165 lbs rather than 200 lbs (this was the assumption made in the source material and was kept here).
Hoist weight is the weight of the boat carried aboard a ship on a hoist (external cradle). It includes crew and fuel, but not cargo or passengers.
35' motor boat
Hoist weight is 6.13 tons. The 35' motor moat burns 3.1 gallons of diesel per hour.
