This vehicle belongs in an alternate reality where the “iron horse” theory of cavalry prevailed in the 1930’s (think of it as a battlesuit on tracks, or Car Wars off-road). For purposes of this write-up, the vehicle is American, but several countries could have built something similar (in fact, some vehicles relatively similar in concept were built experimentally between the wars).
