While this is a fictional vehicle, there is no technical reason it couldn’t have been built (at least in campaigns with more of a ‘neat’ factor than worrying about what is practical). It uses the French 37mm SA-18, easily pulled from damaged or destroyed French tanks, and the engine of the Kubelwagen. The purpose of the vehicle is to provide (minimal) self-propelled fire support to infantry units. Normally, the ammo mix is 50 HE and 10 APEX.
The LiStuG I has a crew of two. The driver sits in the body. The overworked commander loads and fires the infantry gun and, if required, the MG 34. It uses 0.8 gallons per hour at routine usage. A full load of fuel and ammo costs $47.

Variants
An AA version is possible, using four MG 34’s (Ground LMG) on a fully
rotating,
universal open mount. However, the relatively short range and low power
would not make it terribly useful against most aircraft (against a mass
of Russian
infantry, however …). A pair of 13.2mm Hotchkiss Mle 30’s (Very Long
Ground
HMG), again scavenged from the French, or a single 20mm FlaK30 (Long
Ground
AC) might make a more effective AA armament.
