RDG Mod 1 “Wheel of War”

The RDG Mod 1 (Rotella della Guerra, model 2) is a wheelform vehicle created by eccentric Italian tinkerer Enrique Baldelli. Only eleven exist, having been constructed as proof-of-concept vehicles. They are indended for use as scout vehicles by one man, with light armor and armament. The fairly low weight of the RDG Mod 1 allows it to be amphibious. Unfortunately, the high-performance engine has a bad tendancy to overheat. Also, while the vehicle is amphibious, it rides very high in the water.

The RDG Mod 1 has a crew of one. It burns 4.5 gallons of aviation fuel per hour at routine usage.
