Joes and Janes: 25 Point NPCs for GURPS®

Back to Characters

The idea behind these Joes and Janes is to provide GMs with a quick NPC to drop into an adventure. No space is given to appearance, detailed background or motivation; these are provided by the GM based on the needs of the adventure. Even gender can usually be changed if needed. In a way, these characters could be considered to be partially finished 25-point templates. All are written for GURPS 3rd edition but should be easy to convert to GURPS 4th edition (although point totals may as much as double). To convert to 50 point characters, add +1 to one attribute, 10 points of advantages (or +1 to a second attribute) and five points of skills. Also note that few characters have been given any quirks, which allows for a few extra points for skills.
