Notes: This represents a low-level professional killer, formerly a police sniper (alternately, she could have washed out of the police academy). Despite her low ST, she can use just about any 9mm pistol, .38 revolver or 5.56mm rifle. At 500 yards with the Mini-14, she can get a vitals hit on a 13 or less (a 3+ second aimed and braced shot); various additional penalties may apply (FWIW, a brain shot would be a 9 or less).
